We’re looking for a highly skilled 3D animator and Blender guru to help bring our near-future cyberpunk world to life. You’ll be creating stylized animations, cinematic sequences, and expressive character movement within Unity using assets built in Blender. Bonus points if you’re already familiar with Unity’s animation systems (Timeline, Animator, Cinemachine). This is a long-term opportunity: we’re looking for someone excited to plug into the world and story.
☑️ Expert-level Blender skills (modeling, rigging, animation)

➕ Has worked in game development or interactive media

We are using a 3D to pixel art pipeline, and candidates should take the low-density camera into consideration: this is a highly stylized, highly constrained environment where maximum detail is counterproductive! We’re still in the early stages of development, so there is an opportunity to have a big impact on the aesthetic.

there with any questions or concernsThis is a small project with capped billing that we use to evaluate candidates on an “apples to apples” basis. We pay a fixed rate of $150 for this project, which we estimate at about 5-6hrs of work.
